    Description

Offered for sale is a fully restored, all numbers matching, rust free 1964 Porsche 356C coupe finished in what is arguably Porsche’s most beautiful combination: silver metallic over black. The car is absolutely stunning. This two owner Porsche was purchased new by its original owner, but due to health issues the car was sold to his Doctor and close friend. After decades of enjoyment the car was fully restored to a correct and immaculate level.

The exterior is gorgeous. The paint is deep and lustrous, showing no dings, dents, scratches, swirls, etc. The body couldn’t be any straighter. This is an accident free car. All the gaps are excellent. The chrome is excellent. All of the rubber, seals, and gaskets are new. The wheels are in excellent condition and wrapped in new tires. The undercarriage, battery box, rockers, wheel wells, and longitudinals are free of rust. This is a rust free car. The interior is spectacular. Everything was done correct materials and patterns. The seats are new, the carpets are new, the headliner is new, the door panels are new, the dash is new. The steering wheel was refurbished and is excellent. It has its beautiful and original AM/FM Blaupunkt radio. I have put the original owners manual in the glove box. I tried to do the car justice in the photographs, but it always looks its best in person. People do not stop staring at this beautiful car when I take it out for weekend drives.

This Porsche 356 has had a full mechanical restoration as well. Everything was professionally rebuilt. It has a complete motor rebuild, complete transaxle/transmission rebuild, new clutch/throw out bearing, rebuilt carbs, new brakes, new shocks, rebuilt front end, new axle boots, new starter, new plugs/caps/rotors/wires, new tie rods, rebuilt master steering dampener, and many more new parts. I would be happy to help make arrangements to get the car professionally inspected at any shop of your choice in the Santa Barbara area. There are many fantastic Porsche specialists. This car drives like a new 356C off the showroom floor.

Whether you are looking for another addition to your Porsche collection or an amazing car to take out on the weekends and show off at all the PCA events, this C coupe definitely satisfies all demands. This car will not let you down.
